The Rehearsal sample files come in two versions, one in PostScript and gif formats and the other in Adobe Acrobat format.
Postscript file Rehearsal Demo.ps
To use the Postscript file Rehearsal Demo.ps, you must have a PostScript printer and a printer utility or PostScript file downloader.
Launch your printer utility and if necessary locate the printer you want to use. Some utilities require that you "open" the printer before continuing. From the File menu, choose "Send PostScript File" and select the file you wish to print.
While this demo file will not work with a non-PostScript printer, the fonts themselves are available in TrueType versions for use on all printers.
Graphic file Rehearsal Demo.gif
This gif file can be viewed by any graphics viewing program and by most web browsers. In most cases, double-clicking on the file will open it in an appropriate viewer. To view the file using a web browser, from the file menu, select "open file" or "open local file."
Acrobat file Rehearsal Demo.pdf
To use the Adobe Acrobat file Rehearsal Demo.pdf, you must have either the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, or the retail Adobe Acrobat Exchange. The Reader may be downloaded from the Adobe Web Site at: http://www.adobe.com.
The pdf file can be viewed on screen as well as printed.
